- Account info: name, email, date of birth (for age verification)
- Payment info: processed by Stripe — we never see full card numbers
- Usage data: picks tailed, tips paid, ratings, device/browser metadata
- Sportsbook data: if you optionally connect a book via SharpSports, we receive bet outcomes only
2. How We Use Your Data
To provide the Service, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve features. We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing
We share data with: Stripe (payments), email providers (notifications), and law enforcement when legally required.
4. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@slipriders.app. We respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login and analytics cookies to improve the product. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
6. Data Retention
We retain transaction records for 7 years for tax/compliance. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1).
8. Children
Slipriders is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
