1. Acceptance
By using Slipriders ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (21+ in some jurisdictions) to use Slipriders.
2. What Slipriders Is
Slipriders is a content and tipping platform where independent sports handicappers ("Cappers") share betting picks and analysis. Slipriders does not accept, place, or settle bets. Users place their own bets on legal, licensed sportsbooks of their choice. Slipriders only facilitates (a) discovery of Cappers, (b) tip payments to Cappers, and (c) a platform service fee.
3. Tip Payments & Pre-Authorization
When you "tail" a pick, your card is pre-authorized for the tip amount + service fee. You are only charged if the pick wins. If the pick loses, the hold is released (typically 3–7 business days). If the pick is voided/pushed, the full amount is released. Service fees are non-refundable on completed graded picks.
4. Capper Conduct
Cappers are independent contractors, not employees of Slipriders. Slipriders does not guarantee the accuracy, profitability, or outcome of any pick. Past performance does not predict future results.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Slipriders if you are located in a jurisdiction where sports wagering content is illegal, or if you are on a self-exclusion list. You may not place bets through Slipriders — we do not offer that service.
6. All Sales Final · Disputes & Chargebacks
All tip charges on graded winning picks are final and non-refundable. By clicking "Ride this pick," "Tail," or any equivalent action, you authorize Slipriders to charge your card on file the displayed tip amount plus applicable fees if and when the pick is graded a win, and you agree the charge is non-refundable except as required by law. You agree to contact support@slipriders.bet before initiating any chargeback with your card issuer. Slipriders will contest all chargebacks filed without prior contact and will submit your clickwrap acceptance, IP/device logs, the pick and odds you authorized, the grading source, and Stripe authentication records as evidence. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate account termination, collections, fraud-network reporting, and legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
Slipriders is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses, including gambling losses, arising from use of the Service. Maximum liability is capped at fees paid to Slipriders in the prior 30 days.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
